Visconti arms (coiled serpent left, consuming man) flanked by G 3; all within quadrilobe with leaves in spandrels / Nimbate St. Ambrose enthroned facing, wearing episcopal regalia, holding scourge and crozier. MIR 121/1; Crippa 4/A; cf. MEC 12, 635-8 (for type). Deep cabinet toning. VF.
